Yokocho is an omakase-style restaurant that opened in March of 2023 in Chicago's West Loop. I had the opportunity to assist in their launch, providing food photography and a highlight reel of opening night. The voice of this new restaurant is moody and hip as if you found a hidden spot in the heart of Tokyo, Japan.
