In March 2017, the University of Missouri Wrestling Team travelled to St. Louis, Mo. to compete in the NCAA Championship. The most anticipated match to witness was that of Jayden Cox. In 2016, Cox won the bronze medal for the USA in the Bejing Olympics. Cox entered the arena in St. Louis planning to win his third NCAA Championship. When he did, he beat the record for most championships in program history.
