In 2016, students at Rock Bridge High School in Columbia, Missouri entered the Avantika Khatri Memorial Essay Contest. Avantika Khatri died in April 2015. Her parents founded the Avantika Khatri Memorial Essay Contest in her honor. These are the top six essay student finalists reading excerpts of their writings.
